Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Outback Steakhouse is a fun and dynamic restaurant where team members, known affectionately as Outbackers, are encouraged to let their BOLD personalities shine. The focus is on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high food standards, and creating an AUSS-SOME dining experience for guests. The Assistant Kitchen Manager role involves supporting back-of-house team members and Kitchen Managers in upholding kitchen standards with limited supervision.
Requirements: Certified trainer in any back-of-house functions; passing grade in Assessment testing; must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule; legal authorization to work in the United States; minimum 21 years of age
