Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Company involved in food service industry, seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager responsible for all aspects of food preparation, enforcement of sanitation procedures, training, product organization, and operations in absence of both managers. The role includes performing the duties of a Cook, Prep Cook, and server when necessary.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Three years external experience as a Cook or two years internal experience as a Cook; One year supervisory experience preferred; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to effectively communicate with others; Good phone etiquette; Highly organized; Attention to detail; Ability to meet deadlines in a short period of time; Troubleshooting/problem-solving ability
