Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Requirements: 1+ year experience in production kitchen, ability to read and execute on recipes and effectively utilize kitchen equipment. 1+ year experience supervising and developing commercial kitchen staff required. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Fluency in English, both spoken and written required. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively train others. Solid math skills for basic budgeting, understanding financial reports and managing inventory controls. Understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new technologies. Experience with recipe cost systems recommended. Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed. Must be 18 years of age or older. ServSafe Manager’s Certification, required within 30 days post-hire.
