Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Requirements: Culinary degree or equivalent certification; proficiency in computer business applications and knowledge of POS systems; clear communication skills; ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment; at least one year of commercial food preparation experience; ability to lift over 50 lbs, stand for an entire 8-hour shift, possess a valid Alaska Food Handlers card, and be eligible to work in the United States
