Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: This company is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their food service department. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will report directly to the Kitchen Manager or Chef and will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, sanitation procedures, training, and operations in the absence of both managers. The role involves a combination of cooking, prepping, serving, and administrative duties in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Three years external experience as a Cook or two years internal experience as a Cook; One year supervisory experience preferred; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work independently and as a team member; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively
