Position: Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Chicken N Pickle is a dynamic, multi-purpose venue and restaurant in search of a Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist in the daily supervision of Back of House restaurant operations and high volume catering events, working with the Executive Chef to deliver high-quality food and drink menus and ensure a quality guest experience. The establishment values authenticity, community, connection, integrity, and quality in its operations and welcomes employees who can speak both English and Spanish.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef; bilingual strongly preferred; hands-on experience with menu planning and ingredient ordering; knowledge of a wide range of recipes and cooking techniques; ability to follow all sanitation guidelines; excellent physical condition, stamina, and organizational skills; conflict management abilities; good communication skills, bilingual preferred; experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment; certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus; flexibility to work in various conditions, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
