Position: Assistant Grocery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a fast-paced and friendly neighborhood grocery store focused on delivering high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, bulk goods, and more in a fun and old-fashioned farmer’s market setting. They are currently seeking an Assistant Grocery Manager to join their team and contribute to providing exceptional customer service and healthy food choices to their customers.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age and have 1-3 years of retail management experience; familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred; be dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment; demonstrate leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks; be physically capable of lifting, transferring, and squatting as detailed in the job description
