Position: Assistant General Manager OEM
About: Extended Stay America in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a Hotel Assistant General Manager. The hotel is known for its roomy suites, on-site laundry facilities, free in-room Wi-Fi, and full kitchen in every room, making it a favorite among auto racing fans and tourists alike.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a hotel; or a 4-year college degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a hotel; or a 2-year college degree with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a Rooms or F&B department at a hotel. Previous supervisory experience required. Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems. Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Strong capacity to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and maintain composure. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle workplace issues. Strong financial understanding and clear communication skills.
