Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in business or a fitness-related field preferred; minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in fitness, spa, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred; CPR and First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire; experience in budget development and financial analysis; strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively; excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
