Position: Assistant General Manager
About: UPSIDE on Moore is a vibrant and dynamic culinary ecosystem in Arlington, VA, with 7 extraordinary local vendors, numerous bars, and versatile event spaces, including a 200-person patio. The venue is known for its unique event hosting capabilities and general a la carte dining, supported by a professional catering team.
Requirements: Experience in managing daily operations and coordinating with vendors; Proficiency in staff scheduling and maintaining excellent customer service standards; Skills in inventory management, event operations management, and executing marketing strategies; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; Experience in the food and beverage industry required
