Position: Assistant General Manager
About: A luxury hotel is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk, housekeeping, administration, food and beverage operations, and budget performance. The ideal candidate must ensure high-quality service, maintain safety standards, and manage staff effectively to achieve work-related goals.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred; minimum 3-4 years of work experience; proficient in MS Office, Property Management Software, and Central Reservation Systems; experience in financial accounting and personnel supervision; strong management and communication skills; ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
