Position: Assistant General Manager
About: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) role requires strong, positive, vocal leaders committed to mirroring the company’s vision and that of the General Manager. AGMs need to be hands-on leaders, providing effective communication and direction during shifts. They must uphold the company’s Standards and ensure adherence by all team members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible schedule adherence; ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs; working knowledge of computers; consent to background and credit check; eligibility to work in the United States; valid driver’s license; manager’s Food Safety Certificate; bilingualism is a plus
