About: The Assistant General Manager assists in managing hotel day-to-day operations, ensures guest and associate satisfaction, and provides leadership to promote an exceptional workplace. The AGM also maintains safety and security procedures.
Requirements: Hotel experience required; High School Diploma or GED; Prior supervisory experience preferred; Demonstrated leadership ability desired; Ability to work with property management system technology; Strong organizational and supervisory skills; Able to communicate effectively with guests and associates; Must be able to work with diverse priorities efficiently
