Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
About: Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is actively looking for an experienced and energetic manager to become Assistant Front Office Manager. The hotel overlooks Yerba Buena Gardens and is located in a prime area close to the city’s Financial District, Union Square, and cultural venues. The role involves managing day-to-day front desk operations, directing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Viable candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in hotel rooms operations, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role; knowledge of property management systems required; strong business ethics required; candidates with a degree in hospitality preferred; ability to establish rapport quickly required; above-average communication skills required; bilingual candidates and those with luxury hotel experience given priority consideration; two or more overnight shifts required.
