Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
About: JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team. This position involves supervising front office functions, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk, to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, guest and employee satisfaction, and financial performance of the department.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; no work experience required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lead and manage teams, knowledge of front office operations, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
