Position: Assistant Food Service Manager II
About: The Oklahoma Military Department is seeking an Assistant Food Service Manager II to assist in the daily food service operations of the Sooner Job Challenge, serving up to 100 people per meal, three meals per day, seven days a week.
Requirements: Associate’s degree in culinary arts, food management, or similar field; 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or equivalent; experience working with youth; knowledge of food service operations, safety, sanitation, and menu planning; ability to interpret and prepare dietary menus, organize and supervise staff, and work with Microsoft Office programs and the internet.
