Position: Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This position involves assisting with supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining the operating budget, and upholding standards and legal obligations in a luxury resort setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
