Position: Assistant Executive Chef

About: Atlantis Casino Resort & Spa is currently seeking an Assistant Executive Chef to join their team. The Assistant Chef will assist the Executive Chef in various duties including conducting inspections, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and preparation. They will also contribute to budget establishment, financial monitoring, and effective cost controls within the food and beverage department.

Requirements: Must possess an Associates degree or higher with an emphasis in Food and Beverage Management or related field; certification as an Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation; minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant Executive Chef and a total of 10 years in culinary roles; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to mentor and inspire associates; Serv-Safe certification or obtainable within 180 days; creativity in developing guest value offerings; flexibility to work varied shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
