Position: Assistant Director of Front Office
About: New York Marriott Marquis is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join their team. The position involves overseeing front office functions, including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk, to ensure efficient operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance within a dynamic hotel setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead, influence, and encourage others; proficiency in financial decision-making and integrity; experience in managing day-to-day operations and employee supervision.
