Position: Assistant Deli Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Deli Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing a specialized team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service and healthy food choices for patrons.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with 2 years supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service; have good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; demonstrate leadership ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; maintain Food Safety certification and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for extended periods; operate deli equipment and perform assigned duties effectively.
