Position: Assistant Deli Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a rapidly growing retailer focused on providing high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a fun and friendly environment resembling an old-fashioned farmer’s market. As an Assistant Deli Manager at Sprouts, you will play a vital role in helping customers make healthy food choices and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; have 2 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of deli or related food service; be dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; possess strong communication and leadership skills; maintain food safety certification; have strong organization and planning skills; be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. horizontally or vertically; stand for up to 4 hours continuously; operate deli equipment and perform related duties as assigned
