Position: Assistant Bakery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a fast-growing retailer known for providing high-quality, farm-fresh produce, natural meats, and a variety of bulk goods in a friendly and customer-oriented environment. They are currently seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to join their team.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience; Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Outgoing and friendly demeanor with excellent communication and customer interaction skills; Proficient in handling bakery equipment, operating tools, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines; Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and transfer heavy items, and maintain a Food Handlers permit
