Position: Assistant Bakery Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a fast-paced and friendly retail grocery store that focuses on delivering high-quality, fresh produce, natural meats, and bulk goods in a fun and old-fashioned farmer’s market setting. They are currently seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to join their winning team in providing extraordinary customer service while managing bakery operations and leading a team of Bakery Clerks.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years’ retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience; Be dependable, reliable, and flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers; Be proficient in operating bakery equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards; Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and adhere to safety regulations and certifications such as Food Handlers permit.
