Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program or one year of previous experience as a medical assistant in lieu of program completion required. Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification. Linguistic Capabilities: Ability to write and verbally communicate in English. Fluency in a second language is preferred. Work Experience: Current experience as a Medical Assistant preferred; experience with administrative duties in a clinical setting preferred.
