Position: Area Operations General Manager
About: ABM Technical Solutions is seeking a General Manager, Area Operations to lead their Building & Energy Solutions business. The role is based at the Tempe, AZ branch office and will oversee branches in Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. The General Manager will be responsible for branch sales, operations, and profit/loss.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or GED required; minimum five (5) years in HVAC Service/Sales/Solutions field; minimum five (5) years of experience managing people, ideally managers; minimum two (2) years of critical P&L focus with financial planning skills; experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets/P&L strongly preferred; experience in conceptual sales cycle selling financially justified solutions; knowledge of HVAC designs, maintenance, project sales, and energy-saving solutions beneficial; strong leadership and team-building qualities.
