Position: Area Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3-5 years of technical and plant experience; experience leading successful teams; excellent problem-solving skills; excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook, OSI PI; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; self-motivated customer-focused attitude; management style consistent with participative environment; broad-based technical skills; ability to build good relationships; familiarity with industrial processing; 4-year technical degree (preferred); knowledge of corn wet milling and/or refinery processes (preferred); experience with Process Safety Management (preferred)
