Position: Area Leader
About: The Area Leader at Valet Living is responsible for overseeing and managing waste, recycling, and compost services across multiple multifamily communities. This role involves supervising a team of Service Valets and utilizing technology for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience leading staff across multiple locations; strong analytical skills; ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable working in varying weather conditions
