Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting preferred; passion for customer service; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to maintain a minimum of 3 shifts per week; able to lift up to 20 pounds; good vision and flexibility; capable of standing for extended periods and operating a cash register efficiently
