Position: Airline Lounges Executive Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
About: Sodexo’s Airline Lounge Segment offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to join the elite team of professionals who will operate the Lufthansa Lounge at Newark International Airport in Newark, NJ. This role involves creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis, requiring eclectic menu knowledge, upscale to fine-dining experience, and a strong background in high-volume catering and events execution.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
