About: Rivers Casino is seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of service for guests and team members. The role involves maintaining food quality, controlling costs, managing inventory, and upholding sanitation standards in a dynamic casino environment.
Requirements: High school diploma; 4 years’ experience as a Room Chef with multi-unit high-volume operation or equivalent; 8+ years culinary experience; culinary degree or equivalent work experience; 3+ years casino experience; ability to create and work within a budget; Serve Safe certification; ability to train and supervise culinary team members; computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and automated restaurant systems; understanding and communication of Material Safety Data Sheets; excellent communication skills with team members and guests; flexible availability for shifts, including holidays
