Position: Administrative and Events Associate
About: The Administration and Events Associate supports the Common Spaces department at Harvard University, including various spaces such as Smith Campus Center, Science Center Plaza, Patio at Lehman Hall, and the Porch at Memorial Church. This role involves triaging requests and inquiries, processing meeting requests, updating event schedules, creating signage, and providing general event support. The position also handles administrative tasks like accounts payable, furniture maintenance, scheduling, and space reporting under the supervision of the Associate Director of Common Spaces.
Requirements: Business experience beyond high school with three or more years of event scheduling, administrative office work in an education or hospitality setting. Education beyond high school may count towards experience.
