Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts required; 5 years related work experience; 2 years of kitchen management or related experience preferred; College teaching experience and industry certifications preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Sensitivity and ability to interact successfully with diverse populations; Multilingual applicants encouraged; Experience with online course systems preferred; Washington State residency required
