Position: ADDAMS TAVERN IS SEEKING SOUS CHEF
About: Harvest Restaurant Group is currently seeking a career-minded Sous Chef to work alongside our Chef de Cuisine at one of our Harvest Concepts. Our locations include a variety of dining experiences from casual American Tavern to high-end Steakhouse, offering a great opportunity to grow your skill set with Harvest Restaurants. We pride ourselves on exceeding customers’ expectations and creating exceptional dining experiences at all our 13 properties throughout Northern NJ, such as Huntley Taverne, Trap Rock Brewery, 3West Restaurant, Grato Restaurant, Roots Steak House, Roots Ocean Prime, Agricola, Tabor Road Tavern, Addams Tavern, and Catering and Events.
Requirements: 2-4+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment; the ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste; strong broiler skills are required; an excellent attention to detail; passion for Culinary and Mentorship
