About: Aramark’s Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship, and professional training for recent college graduates. The program aims to ignite full potential and launch an accelerated career path at Aramark. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within the company and participate in structured program activities tailored to individual career tracks. Requirements: To be considered eligible, applicants must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class; all degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program; must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by Aramark. Preferred experience includes a degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales; relevant coursework or work experience; strong leadership, project management, and execution skills; excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills; dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
