Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event planning
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- ability to work independently as a contractor
- flexibility to work onsite and remotely in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong event planning and management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event planning software desirable
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day event planning and coordination tasks
- communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and event staff
- oversee onsite event management ensuring smooth execution
- engage in sales activities to promote event services
- troubleshoot and resolve event-related issues promptly
- maintain detailed documentation and schedules
- coordinate logistics for weddings and special events
