Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country of application
  • Ability to work full time with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with coaching and mentoring experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused background
  • Professional maturity and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
  • Coach team partners to develop their skills and professional growth
