Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to work in the country of application
- Ability to work full time with flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with coaching and mentoring experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sales-focused background
- Professional maturity and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
- Coach team partners to develop their skills and professional growth
- Drive sales performance and community connection initiatives
- Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution professionally
