Job Description

Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill is an innovative fast-casual dining concept established in Austin in 2025, specializing in the vibrant and diverse flavors of Southeast Asia. From bold sauces and perfectly grilled proteins to fresh herbs served over rice, noodles, and bánh mì, Limegreen creates an inviting and flavorful experience that combines warmth, friendliness, and efficiency. The brand reflects a commitment to pace, precision, and genuine hospitality, making every guest interaction memorable. Limegreen has quickly become known for bringing authentic Southeast Asian cuisine to a modern audience, focusing on fast yet high-quality service that caters to the busy lifestyles of its customers.

Currently, Limegreen is expanding its leadership team by hiring a Restaurant Manager for two dynamic and distinctly different locations: Central Austin (West Campus) and Leander. This managerial role is designed for a hands-on, motivated operator who will take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, drive store profitability, lead shift teams effectively, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role embraces the integrated nature of modern restaurant operations, including walk-in service, online and third-party delivery sales, and catering execution, all coordinated efficiently under the manager's oversight.

The Central Austin (West Campus) location is a high-volume, digital-first restaurant situated near the university, managing heavy order rushes and catering to a fast-paced, student-driven market. The Restaurant Manager at this site will focus on building a reliable team that can operate at peak performance, growing online sales, and managing a robust catering pipeline. An essential aspect of the role involves serving as the key contact for corporate accounts, student organizations, and University of Texas departments, handling large group orders and fostering strong relationships that support repeat business.

In contrast, the Leander location represents a new and growing suburban market, where the Restaurant Manager will be tasked with building a service-oriented team from scratch and establishing Limegreen’s presence in the area. This role requires optimizing online sales channels tailored to the local demographic, developing a local catering pipeline, and forming partnerships with corporate clients, schools, youth sports leagues, and residential groups to drive awareness and sales.

Core responsibilities across both locations include managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining food safety and kitchen standards, recruiting and mentoring crew, optimizing off-premise revenue, coordinating catering preparation and quality control, managing costs and inventory, and supporting community outreach and marketing efforts appropriate to the individual location. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Texas Food Manager Certificate and Texas driver’s license, have 2 or more years of relevant restaurant management experience, and possess proficiency with restaurant POS systems and digital order management tools. Physical stamina, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work a 45 to 50-hour workweek are also essential.

Limegreen offers competitive compensation, paid time off, free parking, free shift meals, and clear career development pathways, creating an attractive opportunity for driven restaurant professionals to grow with an exciting brand.
