This culture is evident in their commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging work environment for all employees, including their valued restaurant managers. Raising Cane's provides opportunities for personal and professional growth, creating a dynamic atmosphere where team members can truly raise the bar in the food service industry.

The Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane's is vital for maintaining seamless daily operations and upholding the brand’s high standards and culture. This leadership position acts as a key support to the Restaurant Leader, carrying significant responsibility for shift management and ensuring that every facet of the restaurant operates smoothly. The role requires active presence in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment, which involves physical exertion such as walking, standing, bending, and lifting, sometimes in varying temperature conditions. Managing employee schedules, approving time clock adjustments, authorizing discounts, and utilizing tools for shift execution are all part of the day-to-day responsibilities. This role demands a detail-oriented and organized individual who is capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. You will play a pivotal role in motivating and recognizing crewmembers, utilizing Raising Cane’s rewards programs to foster engagement and foster a positive work environment.

Raising Cane’s offers competitive pay with the initial hiring pay range varying based on location and experience. Full-time Restaurant Managers receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage. Additional benefits encompass flexible spending accounts for dependent care and healthcare, company-provided life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match for those aged 21 and older. The company also provides access to financial advisors for budget and retirement planning, gym membership programs, tuition reimbursement, crewmember assistance programs, pet insurance, and employee discount programs. Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays along with weekly pay cycles (with some local variations) make Raising Cane’s an attractive and rewarding workplace.

Joining Raising Cane’s as a Restaurant Manager offers the unique opportunity to be part of a growing, fun, and dedicated team within one of the most recognized and beloved chicken restaurants in the country.
