We are currently seeking Assistant Managers to join our dynamic team at our Austin restaurant locations. This role is critical in supporting the Restaurant General Manager in delivering superior guest services and maintaining high standards in all aspects of restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager at Pollo Regio, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as a customer-first mentality. Successful candidates will be team players with a good attitude and a desire to coach and motivate other team members. The ability to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Candidates should also possess Food Safety Certification, ensuring that all food handling processes meet or exceed industry regulations.
