RGMs benefit from a balanced, rewarding work schedule with a 50-hour workweek, including 40 regular paid hours and 10 hours at time and a half. You will be deeply involved in day-to-day management duties such as conflict resolution, customer engagement, and strategic staff scheduling. Managing the restaurant’s financial health through P&L analysis, budgeting, and profitability strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive initiatives that keep the restaurant competitive by enhancing its digital presence, loyalty programs, and overall customer experience. This is an exceptional leadership position offering a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with compensation influenced by location and experience.
