Job Requirements

3+ years general management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
Proven passion for hospitality, food, and wine culture
Food manager certification
Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred
Ability to manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting and cost controls
Strong leadership, mentoring and team building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years general management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
Proven passion for hospitality, food, and wine culture
Food manager certification
Degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
Strong financial management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations with excellence and professionalism
Drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational results
Manage profit and loss, budgeting, labor forecasting and cost controls
Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality dining and beverage programs
Recruit, train, and develop top hospitality talent
Build high-performing teams
Inspire, mentor, and hold managers accountable for their areas of responsibility
Build strong community and guest relationships through presence and engagement
