Jamba is currently seeking passionate, people-focused leaders to join their team as Shift Managers. This role is integral to the store's success, acting as the operational heartbeat during shifts when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable. A Shift Manager at Jamba isn’t just a supervisor; they are a key decision-maker responsible for team leadership, maintaining high standards in food quality and service, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and driving exceptional guest experiences. As a Jamba Shift Manager, your responsibilities will also include motivating and supporting team members to meet and exceed performance goals, troubleshooting issues related to team dynamics, guest concerns, or supply chain challenges, and escalating critical matters efficiently to store leadership when needed. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • TB clearance required
  • 0-1 year of food service or retail experience
  • Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working in cold environments such as walk-in fridge or freezer
  • Cash handling and customer service experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills including Microsoft and POS systems
  • Ability to taste-test products for quality
  • Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
  • General knowledge of food service or nutrition terms is a bonus

Job Duties
