Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Comfort with POS systems
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management is not on site
- Jump into every position - cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room - no task is too small
- Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time
- Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
- Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
- Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
