Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple electrical construction projects and operations across the region
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and operational support teams
  • Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, project controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, labor planning, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Review project estimates, cost-to-complete reporting, change orders, subcontracts, and major procurement activities
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Monitor project staffing, resource allocation, and workforce planning to maximize operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with BIM/VDC, field operations, quality, and safety teams to support successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and client requirements across all projects
  • Support the development of future leaders through coaching, training, and performance management
