Job Description

NVIDIA is a leading technology company that has revolutionized computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. Renowned for its legacy of innovation, NVIDIA is driven by cutting-edge technology and some of the most talented individuals in the industry. Today, NVIDIA is at the forefront of the artificial intelligence revolution, leveraging its GPU technology to power the next generation of computers, robots, and self-driving vehicles that can intelligently interpret and interact with the world around them. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive working environment where employees are encouraged to bring their best work forward, contributing to groundbreaking technological advancements that are shaping the future of computing.

This role presents a unique opportunity to join NVIDIA as a dynamic business leader responsible for driving growth in the host networking products segment focused on agentic workloads. The position emphasizes expanding demand for NVIDIA's Data Processing Units (DPUs), Network Interface Cards (NICs), and SuperNICs by integrating valuable DOCA libraries with leading customer and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) workloads. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning customer application needs, ISV development plans, NVIDIA’s networking capabilities, and supply-demand considerations into scalable software-supported adoption and delivery processes.

This position requires overseeing daily NIC sales operations, evaluating forecast quality for both immediate and long-term periods, and collaborating closely with operations teams to ensure the alignment of supply with customer demand. You will lead market strategy development for workload acceleration and coordinate cross-functional teams including product management, sales, engineering, developer relations, solution architects, operations, and ecosystem partners. Your leadership will be key in transforming software integrations into design wins, workload engagements, enhanced value propositions, and broad deployments of NVIDIA networking products.

As part of the role, you will define strategic priorities and manage the daily segment sales cadence for demand generation of NVIDIA's DPUs, NICs, and SuperNICs, focusing on priority workloads, customers, ISVs, use cases, business reviews, and adoption initiatives where the DOCA software framework creates a unique competitive advantage. You will identify, develop, and close workload-driven builds that connect NVIDIA’s networking hardware to top AI, cloud, and enterprise clients deploying agentic workloads. Building solid relationships across a broad ecosystem of customers, ISVs, platform providers, and partners is crucial for securing integration, validation, launch, and deployment commitments.

The role demands coordinated leadership of a matrixed team across various functions to prioritize product integrations, enablement efforts, field play development, and roadmap feedback. A key focus will be highlighting how DOCA-enabled DPU, NIC, and SuperNIC functionalities enhance workload performance, efficiency, security, observability, and scalable operations in agentic workloads. You will build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline with sales and account teams through activities such as target account mapping, workload qualification, ISV integration achievements, executive engagement, and partner alignment.

Additionally, you will own both short-term and long-term NIC business forecasting, assess associated risks and opportunities, and work collaboratively with finance, operations, product management, and account groups to coordinate supply allocations and customer ramp plans. Your performance metrics will include tracking quarterly business reporting, forecast accuracy, design-win progress, integration status, revenue influence, supply-demand alignment, and competitive insights.

This position is full-time with a competitive cash compensation range from 296,000 USD to 448,500 USD based on location and experience, paid 85% via base salary and 15% variable compensation. Equity and comprehensive benefits are also included. Applicants have until July 14, 2026, to apply for this existing vacancy. NVIDIA is committed to an inclusive and diverse work environment, actively supporting equal opportunity employment practices across all protected categories. NVIDIA also integrates AI tools in its recruiting process to enhance fairness and efficiency.
