Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to associate degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to manage profit and loss
- Experience in recruiting and developing staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to food safety and compliance with labor laws
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 plus years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Budgeting and financial management expertise
- Knowledge of labor law compliance
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with food safety regulations and protocols
Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss and oversee financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance
- Attract and retain talent through key hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and regular performance assessments
- Work with Managers and the Market Leader to execute operational plans
- Monitor restaurant performance and processes utilizing reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics
- Maintain restaurant safety protocols through promotion of food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems and creation of a safe work environment
- Build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints
- Lead rollout and adoption of new products, systems, company campaigns, and strategies
