Job Description

Cinepolis USA is a prominent luxury cinema exhibitor renowned for delivering an enhanced movie-going experience through its unique theater concepts, including "Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas" and "Movie House & Eatery." Headquartered in Dallas, the company currently operates 26 luxury and premium theaters strategically located across key states such as California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Maryland, and Ohio. With ambitious plans for further expansion, Cinepolis USA is a subsidiary of Cinepolis International, the world's most popular movie theater exhibitor, recognized globally for its dedication to innovation, film, and hospitality.

As a cinematic leader, Cinepolis USA has built a reputation for combining the art of film with exceptional hospitality services. The company’s commitment to creating memorable experiences for moviegoers is evident in its luxury seating, gourmet food and beverage options, and customer-centric service. This philosophy extends to its team members, who enjoy generous perks such as employee discounts on tickets, food, and beverages, along with special gifts to celebrate milestone work anniversaries.

The Food & Beverage Revenue Manager position is an exciting opportunity within Cinepolis USA that plays a vital role in driving the financial success of the company’s culinary offerings. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Culinary, the manager will focus on developing and executing initiatives aimed at increasing food and beverage (F&B) revenue and enhancing guest spending at all Cinepolis locations. This is a pivotal, commercial non-operational role centered on identifying strategic opportunities to boost F&B sales and per-person spending through innovative pricing strategies, promotions, and partnership management.

The responsibilities include managing the full P&L of F&B revenue across all venues and channels. The manager will be tasked with setting pricing strategies, crafting offer architectures, and establishing per-capita revenue targets in collaboration with the Operations and Finance departments. They will actively track revenue performance by venue, channel, and menu item, enabling real-time adjustments in pricing, promotions, or merchandise offerings as needed to optimize revenue generation.

Another key aspect of this role encompasses building and maintaining comprehensive revenue calendars - monthly, quarterly, and annual - that align culinary initiatives with marketing efforts and film release schedules. The Food & Beverage Revenue Manager acts as the single source of truth for all revenue-driving activities, coordinating closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies. Additionally, this role is responsible for driving merchandise revenue strategies, managing combo and bundling offers to maximize guest spend, and fostering valuable relationships with vendors and licensing partners to bring innovative merchandise programs to market.

Candidates interested in this opportunity should possess a strong background in revenue management or commercial strategy within food & beverage, entertainment, or hospitality sectors. The role demands exceptional project management skills and the ability to communicate and influence across departments without direct authority. A data-driven mindset is essential, with expertise in menu engineering, pricing analysis, and per-capita spend metrics to support informed decision-making.

This role offers the chance to be part of a global entertainment leader that values innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction while promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Cinepolis USA prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer that fosters diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
