Leal Hospitality Group is deeply committed to crafting distinctive and memorable experiences that cater to a diverse clientele. Their properties are designed to provide guests with exceptional hospitality services, whether it's for a relaxing evening of dining and accommodation, the celebration of weddings, corporate events, or special occasions that are both everyday delights and once-in-a-lifetime moments. The group’s dedication to excellence ensures every guest is inspired to sip, savor, and celebrate life’s big and small events in style and comfort.
The Sales Manager role at Leal Hospitality Group is a critical position aimed at driving sales growth across all properties within the group. The individual in this position will play a pivotal role in actively prospecting and soliciting new business through various lead sources, managing timely follow-ups, preparing proposals and estimates, negotiating contracts, and participating in local and regional events like wedding fairs. The Sales Manager also takes responsibility for conducting market research to refine and enhance wedding collateral and packages, ensuring the competitiveness of Leal’s offerings in a highly competitive marketplace.
This role emphasizes not only meeting but exceeding personal and property-wide annual revenue goals while maintaining impeccable service standards. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Leal brand and its unique position within the hospitality and event industries, demonstrating adaptability and a passion for teamwork in a fast-evolving environment. Creativity, charisma, market knowledge, and familiarity with state-of-the-art sales and marketing techniques are essential qualities for success. The Sales Manager must be confident in thinking beyond conventional methods to continuously elevate the Leal brand’s reputation as a prestigious community and industry leader. Candidates who thrive in this position are self-motivated, comfortable with rapid change, and enthusiastic about collaborating with diverse teams to achieve outstanding results. This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to a leading hospitality brand that values innovation, quality, and guest satisfaction at every level.
