As a leading provider of luxury catering services, Foxtail Catering focuses on delivering bespoke culinary and event solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of high-end clientele. With a commitment to professionalism, creativity, and operational excellence, the company has built a reputation for executing flawless events in varied venues, from exclusive private residences to renowned luxury event spaces.
The Front-of-House Event Manager role at Foxtail Catering & Events is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all onsite event operations across The Fire Society’s diverse brands. This full-time role reports directly to the Senior Front-of-House Event Manager and emphasizes hands-on event leadership combined with strategic administrative support. The successful candidate will take full ownership of assigned events, ensuring every aspect—from setup to breakdown—is executed seamlessly with the highest standards of hospitality, guest experience, and professionalism. While the role requires a strong presence during events, it also demands meticulous planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support continuous improvement and operational growth.
In this role, the Event Manager serves as the primary company representative onsite and works closely with clients, vendors, venue partners, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and deliver a flawless service experience. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring front-of-house teams, floor managers, and bar leads, fostering a positive workplace culture that values accountability and teamwork. Candidates must be adaptable leaders who excel in fast-paced environments and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Event Manager is not only expected to maintain exemplary hospitality standards but also to actively contribute to team development and training initiatives.
The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company matching, commuter benefits, and more. Foxtail Catering provides a vibrant and supportive work environment where professional growth and continuous learning are encouraged. This position is ideal for candidates with 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in fine dining, luxury catering, or hospitality event management who are eager to advance their careers in event operations within a prestigious and rapidly evolving company.
