Job Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
- Develop training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and trainers
- Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts
- Engage directly with customers to resolve issues
- Schedule staff strategically and lead product rollout meetings
- Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
- Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
