Job Duties

  • Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for team members and shift supervisors
  • Develop training plans and mentor assistant managers, shift supervisors, and trainers
  • Recognize and reward outstanding team member performance
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Engage directly with customers to resolve issues
  • Schedule staff strategically and lead product rollout meetings
  • Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
  • Monitor competitors and enhance digital presence and loyalty programs
