The Enterprise Mobility Management Training Program offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals looking to begin and grow within the transportation and customer service industry. The program is designed to immerse trainees in the business starting from day one, positioning them in neighborhood branches where they will gain hands-on experience as both the company's face to customers and as operational experts behind the scenes. Trainees will receive structured training in essential areas such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer service, preparing them to ultimately manage their own branch. This Management Training position is located in various zip codes including 78130, 78148, 78154, 78132, and 78155, with the flagship branch situated at 17299 I-35 N, Schertz, TX. The role offers competitive compensation with targeted first-year annual earnings of $50,000 based on an average 46-hour workweek. The company also provides a robust benefits package featuring paid time off starting with 12 days per year plus seven paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match and profit sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Must possess a valid driver license with a clean record as specified
  • No recent drug or alcohol-related convictions
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years old
